One Less Thing for You to Worry About
Facilities management and lab maintenance is often a thankless job: When everything works, no one gives you a second thought. When any problem arises–from a leaky roof to a dodgy ULT freezer–it’s your problem. The last thing you need to deal with is one more uncooperative piece of equipment.
At Priorclave North America, our goal is to make the toughest autoclaves on the planet: Hassle-free, worry-free units backed by a rock-solid warranty and free lifetime technical support.
Designed for Rock-Solid Reliability
We start with a straightforward, time-tested autoclave design: High efficiency, low part count. We build it using standard, high-quality, easily replaced components.
But building the better autoclave is just the beginning. Our units are reliable because we stick with them: Every sterilizer we ship is backed with a 36-month limited parts-and-labor warranty, a 20-year pressure vessel warranty, unlimited lifetime technical support, and a full suite of repair and maintenance services.
While many manufacturers ignore service calls, forcing you to hunt down some outside contractor willing and able to work on your autoclave, we average less than a four-hour response time on any service call–and more often than not pick up on the first ring. Due to our remote diagnostic capabilities, many issues can be resolved by the end-user with our guidance. Your phone will never even ring.
Extreme Customer Satisfaction
Priorclave customers have consistently reported 93% to 100% satisfaction with their purchase over the course of years, and 100% satisfaction with our ongoing customer support. In our most recent satisfaction survey, every respondent rated their purchase and installation experience as “satisfactory”–with over a quarter going so far as to declare it “Delightful.”
According to our survey, 10% of Priorclave users are able to resolve any problems entirely on their own, 70% do so with the assistance of our service and support staff–and the remaining 20% haven’t had a problem yet. 90% of our current customers report that they would almost certainly buy another Priorclave, and recommend our autoclaves to colleagues.
End-Users Solve their Own Problems
In 2015 one of our clients–ALS Environmental Winnipeg, in Manitoba, Canada–decided to reorganize their lab. This required moving their large Priorclave 320L front-loading autoclave. Had they continued using a traditional large medical-grade autoclave, such a move would have been highly disruptive (owing to the weight and size of the machine), and possibly disastrous: With a large number of moving parts and complex plumbing and monitoring systems, medical-grade steam sterilizes that have been in service for several years often never work properly again after being moved.
Because ALS Environmental had opted for a rugged research-grade autoclave–which is wheel-mounted, relies on few moving parts, is plumbed with flexible hoses, and has a lower overall weight due to its cylindrical chamber and low part count–the lab staff successfully completed the move themselves, by simply unplugging the unit and rolling it to its new location. No hassles for facilities.
